Mullein Tincture

1 ounce wildcrafted Mullein leaf in vodka.
 
Mullein is known to support lung health.
 
Traditional uses: Used for respiratory issues. This beauty has a calming nature and is mildy sedative. It is a great anti-inflammatory and contains mucilage to help soothe a sore throat or a tickly cough. It has been known to be used during a chest cold, asthma, or bronchitis. Mullein is also an excellent pain reliever, relaxing the mind and central nervous system. It can be particularly helpful for those having difficulty sleeping. We love to use her for stubborn coughs!
 
Directions: For chronic cases, use 1 dropperful, 3 or 4x a day. For acute cases, use 2 dropperfuls every 2-3 hours for 1-2 days. Add drops to your water, tea, etc.

Shake well before using. Store in a dark, dry place. No refrigeration necessary.
